Cincoro Tequila
Acelerence provided comprehensive CFO, finance, and supply chain management services, playing a key role in establishing the finance function, creating detailed financial and operational plans, and coordinating the supply chain. Collaborating closely with the commercial team, Acelerence helped execute a seamless brand launch.
Within a tight three-month timeframe, we successfully finalized the supply chain, managed procurement, facilitated the inbounding of materials, and oversaw the first production run. Their efforts ensured timely fulfillment of initial distributor orders, contributing to the successful U.S. launch of the Cincoro Tequila brand and supporting its subsequent expansion
Ford's Gin
Fords Gin began as a one-off project focused on pricing review, which blossomed into a five-year partnership with Acelerence, providing fully outsourced CFO services along with Finance and Supply Chain management. This collaboration culminated in David and the Acelerence team supporting the management through due diligence, leading to a successful brand exit when Brown-Forman acquired Fords Gin.
Initially, Acelerence stepped in to offer finance and operations consulting, specifically enhancing the reporting capabilities of a third-party vendor. As the project evolved, we replaced the vendor, delivering comprehensive finance services, and eventually took over the VP Supply Chain role, overseeing Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. This strategic involvement contributed to the brand’s successful exit to Brown-Forman, after which Acelerence was retained to manage finance operations until the brand's integration was complete
